These terms govern your use of hellomedspa.ai and any HelloMedSpa service you access through it. By using the site or our services, you agree to them. If you have a signed service agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this page.
Use of the site
You may use the site for lawful business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or resell content, submit false information through our forms, or use our demos to send unlawful, harassing, or misleading messages.
Services and subscriptions
Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in your order or proposal. Published starting prices are entry points; final scope and fees are set in your agreement. Subscriptions renew for successive terms unless cancelled in accordance with your agreement, and fees already incurred are non-refundable unless that agreement says otherwise.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your services, hours, pricing, and policies.
- Hold the licenses and permissions required to operate your practice and to contact the people in your lists.
- Comply with applicable communication laws, including consent and opt-out requirements.
- Keep account credentials secure and manage which staff have access.
Intellectual property
The site, our platform, prompts, workflows, and brand assets remain the property of HelloMedSpa. Content you supply remains yours; you grant us the license needed to operate the services on your behalf.
Third-party services
Our platform depends on third-party telephony, messaging, CRM, hosting, and advertising providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and interruptions caused by them are not a breach of these terms.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results vary by practice, and we do not warrant specific bookings, revenue, or ranking outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelloMedSpa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
